We may temporarily process message content in transit and may retain limited identifiers, logs, or related metadata needed to correlate message streams, maintain system integrity, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, support AI-enabled features, or comply with legal obligations.

Because TextBridge is a business-use communication bridge, your use of TextBridge to send or route messages to others is your responsibility. You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent, complying with carrier rules, and complying with all applicable laws relating to calls, text messages, email, and marketing communications.

If you enable AI- or LLM-powered features, you understand that message content or related communication data may be processed by third-party AI providers as necessary to provide those features, subject to our agreements with those providers and this Privacy Policy.

14. User Responsibilities for Message Content and Contacts

If you use TextBridge to route or transmit messages, you represent that you have the right to provide the contact information and content you submit through the Services. You are solely responsible for:

  • The legality of your messages

  • The contacts you upload or use

  • Any opt-in or consent required for messaging

  • Compliance with carrier, platform, anti-spam, consumer protection, and privacy laws
